After 30 years of practicing medicine, I did what any beer loving doctor would do, start a brewery with his son.

Our philosophy is simple, make great beer that honors the legacy of the great brewers before us and carefully experiment with modern styles. We believe in making “true to style” beers that appeal to both beer snobs and the regular Joe.

We are passionate about our community we serve and look forward to meeting you and your family soon.

BEER GARDEN

If you are looking for a space to host your next event, we would love to host you. We offer the space for free but do require you to buy beer/wine and cover the cost of labor if you would like a dedicated bartender. Please reach out to docshopshop@outlook.com for availability and more information regarding the space, etc…. We have two amazing food trucks onsite to meet you food requirements and will consider outside catering.
